Effective Date: 1 January 2020

1 Master License	HK$36,000 * note: includes installation, activation and 3 hours of orientation.
Network User License (optional)	HK$3,600 for each Network User License of TurboSecretary * note: includes installation and activation. A Network User License can only be purchased when a client owns a master license.
Yearly Maintenance (ie: support and program upgrade)	Free for the year a master license is purchased   (ie: the first year) HK$3,600 for each year after the first year, regardless of the number of LICENSED copies of TurboSecretary
Remark	TurboSecretary can be used perpetually, even when no maintenance is subscribed. Subscription to yearly maintenance is optional. However, there will have no support and program upgrade without valid maintenance. Renewal of any maintenance subscription after its expiry date for more than 3 months will incur an additional administration fee of HK$3,600 on top of the yearly maintenance fee. Renewal of any maintenance subscription after its expiry date for more than 1 year will not be accepted.

Notes:

1. A Master License includes a TurboSecretary network client and a database. A Network User License includes only a TurboSecretary network client.
2. The database has to be activated by personnel from Kasin Business Solutions Limited.
3. A database must exist for TurboSecretary network client to function. All TurboSecretary network clients have to share the SAME database.
4. All TurboSecretary network clients have to be installed and activated by personnel from Kasin Business Solutions Limited in computers or devices designated by clients.
5. Reassigning a TurboSecretary network client to another computer or device will incur a fee of $300.
6. Payment Terms : Full payment upon signing purchase order and before software installation.
